Co-working Office Space PRET71 offers flexible workspace to talented, ambitious freelancers, start-ups and small enterprises. The studio has various workstations, a conference room and garden.

The studio is designed to match your needs, with wifi, a scanner/printer, kitchen, rest room, plants and decent coffee and tea. Conveniently located near Amstel Station, with the inspirational buzz of Amsterdam East and plenty of parking space as valuable extras.

We offer two kinds of memberships, consisting of flexible and fixed work stations during office hours. Membership can be adjusted – or cancelled – on a monthly basis. In the evenings and weekends, the studio can be rented for conferences, courses, and presentations[N1] .
